What do I need to submit to get started?

To get started, we will need a copy of the Lease Agreement, the debtor's name, a copy of the Debtor/Tenant's application with their SSN as well as their ID, a copy of the Account Ledger that shows the balance owed, and any other documents that will be helpful in the pursuit of the balance owed. These could include a copy of the Move-Out Inspection, Default/Monetary Judgement, and the Writ of Possession.

What happens after I submit a collection account?

Once you have placed your account with us, other than reporting payments made to you directly- you do absolutely nothing. If your former tenant contacts you, just refer them to us and we'll take care of the rest. It’s that easy!
